Cancellation Charter
Our network maintains an elite level of fleet readiness. These standards ensure that chauffeur allocation and vehicle logistics remain optimized for all premium sessions.
Cancellation Windows
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior incur a 50% commitment fee.
Last Minute & No-Show
Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the service, or 'No-Shows' at the designated pickup point, are non-refundable to cover the reserved fleet and chauffeur allocation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exceptional Circumstances
Flight delays or cancellations beyond the passenger's control are handled with priority. In such cases, we offer complimentary rescheduling to match your new arrival time.
