General Provisions
By accessing the Venboo Premium Transfer platform, you agree to adhere to the following operational standards. These terms ensure a consistent level of safety, privacy, and luxury for every passenger session.
Booking Guidelines
All reservations must be initiated through our secure platform or authorized concierge partners. A booking is considered finalized only upon issuance of a Premium Service Voucher and unique Reservation Reference Number.
Cancellation & Revision
Changes to your itinerary are accommodated with complimentary grace up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations within the final 12-hour window may be subject to a commitment fee to ensure fleet readiness.
Passenger Conduct
We provide an environment of absolute integrity and class. We request that all passengers maintain the quality of our executive fleet and follow chauffeur-guided safety standards during transport.
Operational Integrity
While we strive for perfect punctuality, Venboo Chauffeur Services shall not be held liable for unforeseen logistical delays caused by extreme weather or major arterial congestion beyond our control.
